RETURNS

We really do hope that you LOVE and CHERISH your beautiful purchase from The Gruham. 

As per policy our products not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do take photographs & video of the defect as soon as you open the packaging. 

INCORRECT ORDER

If your item is incorrect, please notify us immediately. Photograph will need to be provided and the item may need to be returned. We will instruct you once you have made contact. Claims for incorrect items can only be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

FINAL CLEARANCE/ SALE

All SALE items are final and non-refundable.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Most of our cushion covers can be  customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are customized to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. 

NOTE

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will depict the true colour of the products.
